Generic coaches simply don’t get it when it comes to things like growing an ethical group practice that’s driven by your values, navigating billing/financial concerns as you continue to hire, and creating policies and SOPs for clinical scenarios.
Because you’re not just growing a business, you’re growing a group practice – and it’s a totally different ballgame.
I’m deeply invested in helping dietitians and therapists become leaders and learn how to attract, hire, and create jobs for others as they grow into a group practice.
I believe in the power of getting scrappy and creative when it comes to growing your practice, while leaning into your natural strengths, traits, and values to bring it all together. As a group practice owner and founder, I’ve been through it all when it comes to starting, growing, and maintaining a private practice that aligns with your values – and I want to help you do the same.
Your guide through the trenches, business coach confidant, and idea bouncer-offer.
I started my solo private practice and hustled at every kitchen table and coffee shop I could find. I left my cushy, full time clinical job and moved to Colorado in the spring of 2018, betting on myself and my capabilities to build a solo private practice.
2017
I felt that all-too-familiar hunger for more and hired my first employee. While I wanted to be a leader, I felt overwhelmed with a giant dose of imposter syndrome.
2019
Our group practice rebranded to NourishED Colorado and started to build. I went through nights of major billing and cash flow issues, slogged through the hiring process and scrambled to figure out sustainable systems all while still seeing my own clients.
2020
I started receiving request after request for “business” supervision, and began coaching other group practice owners. I saw my own gaps in knowledge and returned to school for my Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership.
2021
I founded Values Driven Group specifically to meet the need I saw for business coaching and mentorship tailored to group practices as they expanded their teams.
2022
NourishED Colorado has grown into a profitable and sustainable group practice with over 10 employees. As CEO, I hold the company vision and mentor the leadership team in supporting both clinicians and clients. While continuing to expand and striving for excellence, I also help other clinician group practice owners do the same.
